To apply to vend at upcoming flea markets, please make sure to fill out the application above following the announcement of a new date! Applications submitted prior to the announced date will not be viewed.
We accept professional resellers/curators, local artists/makers, and body artists (tattoo artists, tooth gem artists). We do not accept vendors selling drop-shipped products, merch, or those looking to sell items from their personal closet. If you are looking to sell your personal items please view our consignment page!
The event is hosted on the 3rd Saturday of every month, unless otherwise specified.
The event date will be posted on Instagram & Eventbrite as soon as it is confirmed. To be notified via Instagram, please turn on post notifications.
You will receive an email from us if you have been approved for the market. Please check your spam as it sometimes gets stuck there. Due to our high application volume, we are unable to contact those who are not admitted.
We have a very long waitlist, so most applicants will not be admitted on their first application. We encourage you to continuing applying, as we eventually try to work our way to everyone. Please do not contact us via social media or bother in-store staff regarding the status of your application.
Acceptance emails go out 1-2 days following the application deadline. The application deadline is posted in the description section of the application.
You need to re-apply every month so we know you are interested and available for that specific month.

No. If you have not been approved for the market and attempt to set up, you will be asked to leave and barred from future applications.
The booth fee is non-refundable, however if we are given at least 4 day notice we will do our best to fill your spot. If we do so successfully we will refund you your booth fee. If we are unable to fill your spot we cannot offer you a refund or credit towards a future market.
You may not sell/transfer your booth without approval from The Wardrobe Project Team. We will do our best to transfer your booth for you.
